Is this made by an artist or by AI?

By AI. We use AI image models to transform your photo into the style you choose, then check each order is delivered correctly. That's how we can show you a free preview in about a minute and keep prices low.

What kind of photo works best?

A clear, well-lit photo where your pet's face is visible and fills a good part of the frame. Eye-level shots work best. Avoid heavy filters, blurry photos, and photos with people in them.

How long does it take?

Free previews take about a minute. After checkout, your HD digital portrait is emailed within minutes. Prints are made to order by our print partner and arrive in about 5–7 business days in the US.

Will it arrive before Christmas?

Digital portraits arrive instantly, so they're a perfect last-minute gift. For framed prints and canvases, order by our holiday cutoff shown at the top of the page for delivery before Christmas.

Can I include two pets in one portrait?

At launch, each portrait features one pet. Multi-pet portraits are coming soon.

What if I don't like it?

You only pay after seeing your preview. Our 7-day satisfaction guarantee covers you: if the final portrait isn't right, tell us within 7 days and we'll revise it free or refund you. See our refund policy.

What happens to my photo?

It's used only to create your portrait, processed by our AI and hosting providers, and automatically deleted after 30 days. We never sell your data. See our privacy policy.
